RG Tokens

RG Tokens are Rich Green’s rewards programme. When you book and pay for eligible services using a Rich Green customer account, you earn RG Tokens as a thank-you for choosing us.

RG Tokens are promotional loyalty points. They are not cryptocurrency, cannot be withdrawn for cash, and cannot be transferred between customers.

Your RG Token balance and activity history are available in the Rewards section of your account.

Each RG Token is worth £0.01 (one penny).

• 100 RG = £1
• 500 RG = £5
• 1,000 RG = £10
• 3,000 RG = £30
• 10,000 RG = £100

Eligible account bookings earn 5 RG for every £1 of eligible cash spend — the equivalent of 5% back in RG Tokens.

RG Tokens are not awarded at checkout. Cashback is evaluated only when both of the following are true:

• The work has been marked as completed
• The booking is fully settled and paid

A booking must be made using an eligible Rich Green customer account to qualify for RG Token cashback.

Bookings made through guest checkout do not earn RG Tokens. Creating or linking an account after a guest booking has been made does not retroactively make that original guest booking eligible.

This is determined at the time of booking and does not change for the life of that booking.

Cashback is based on the legitimate net cash spend retained for the completed job at the time the reward is evaluated.

Eligible spend can include legitimate job charges such as:

• Service price
• Travel charges
• Green waste or additional waste charges
• Materials
• Additional labour or time
• Customer-requested additions
• Additional services
• Legitimate job adjustments

You can redeem RG Tokens at checkout toward eligible future Rich Green bookings. Up to 10,000 RG (£100) is redeemable per booking, subject to a maximum of 20% of the booking value.

When you reach the payment step of booking, you’ll see an option to apply your available RG Tokens as a discount. The discount is applied instantly and reduces the amount you pay by card.

Cashback is not earned on:

• RG Token-funded portions of a booking
• Cancellation fees
• Rescheduling fees
• Penalty-only charges
• Unpaid or voided amounts
• Amounts refunded before cashback is evaluated

Example: If a booking is £100 and you redeem £20 of RG Tokens, the cash paid is £80. Cashback is 5% of £80 = £4, which is 400 RG.

Referral rewards are coming soon. Once introduced, qualifying referrals are intended to reward both customers with 1,000 RG — 1,000 RG for the referring customer and 1,000 RG for the referred customer. Qualifying conditions will apply.

If a refund occurs after cashback has already been awarded, the excess RG Tokens may be clawed back proportionally to reflect the reduced eligible spend.

If a booking with a token redemption is cancelled, the redeemed tokens are returned to your balance automatically.

Your customer-facing available balance will never display a negative redeemable amount. Internal adjustments may offset future RG Token earnings where applicable, but a negative internal balance does not mean you owe Rich Green money.

Rich Green may withhold, reverse, suspend or cancel RG Token rewards where reasonably necessary in connection with fraud, abuse, duplicate or manipulated bookings, misuse of the rewards programme, refunded or reversed transactions, or a breach of applicable booking or rewards terms.

This is consistent with the general Rich Green Terms & Conditions, which remain applicable.

Rich Green may amend or discontinue the RG Tokens programme or its rules. Material programme changes will be reflected in the current published RG Tokens terms on this page.

Legitimately earned RG Tokens will not be arbitrarily confiscated. Any changes will be handled reasonably and communicated through the published terms.

RG Token expiry has not yet been finalised. Any applicable expiry rules will be shown in your account and in the current RG Tokens terms on this page.

These RG Tokens terms are separate from the general Rich Green Terms & Conditions, which continue to apply to all bookings and services.

These RG Tokens terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
